No refunds or compensation of any kind will be  paid to members whose registration has been terminated under this condition.  5. Tutors. 121 Study Help endeavours to ensure adherence to national educational certification standards, though this cannot be guaranteed.  6. Scheduling. You can book as many lessons as have been paid for, any length of time in advance. Lessons should be booked a minimum of 36 hours prior to the time requested. Should a registered student be unable to attend a lesson, that student may  reschedule the booked lesson to any other available time at no cost or penalty up to 36 hours before the scheduled lesson. Failure to attend a booked lesson  shall be deemed as a cancellation.  7. Cancellation. Cancellation of a lesson without genuine reason will result in the forfeit of  the lesson cost. Students are entitled to a refund of the fee in respect of a lesson  which is cancelled by the tutor, and in respect of a lesson where the tutor failed to attend the lesson in its entirety. Following verification of the complaint,  which will include obtaining confirmation of the facts from the tutor concerned,  we will strive to issue a full refund of the fee paid.  8. Copyright. All content found within our website remains the property of 121 study Help.  Content shall not be reproduced or used without express written permission from us. Please notify us of any alleged infringement of material.  9. Privacy. All information given to 121 Study Help by the student shall be kept in confidence and used only for the purpose of 121 Study Help.  10. Conduct. All registered students agree not to distribute or by any other means transmit any material, which is offensive or insulting, including language, photography, text or any other material. Breach of this condition by any student will result in termination of that student's registration and may result in the appropriate authorities being notified.
