far/near ahead can I book a lesson?
It can be booked as far ahead as you like.
Minimum time required is 36 hours before
the requested lesson time.
15.How
do I get a refund if I am not happy?
If you genuinely feel that that the service has not been as expected,
then depending upon the reason and evidence given a refund can be
offered.
16.How
do I cancel a lesson?
A lesson can be cancelled and rescheduled at no extra cost up to 36
hours before the start time by logging into your account.
17.What
happens if there is a technical failure?
If the technical problem comes from the tutor’s side then the lesson
will be rescheduled for a convenient time.
